Child safety
Kumilike and PROXEMICS TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards protect everyone under 18, even though registration with Kumilike is restricted to people aged 18 or over. They apply to posts, profiles, comments, communities, messaging, K-Flash, K-Shorts and K-Live.
Prohibited conduct and content
Creating, requesting, uploading, storing, broadcasting, distributing, promoting or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including computer-generated or AI-generated depictions, is prohibited. Sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking and any conduct facilitating child sexual exploitation or abuse are also prohibited.
How to raise a concern
Use Report on the content or profile and select Child safety where available. In other reporting forms, choose Inappropriate content or the option concerning minors and explain that it is a child safety concern. For private messages, report the sender profile and identify the conversation and date without copying the material. You may report a suspicion without having to prove it.
Information to provide
Identify the profile or content, where it appears and a brief description. Do not download, screenshot, attach or forward child sexual abuse material to report it. Do not send passwords, access codes or unnecessary personal details about minors.
Action and review
Child safety concerns must receive priority attention from authorized personnel. When we obtain knowledge of CSAM, access to the material will be removed and appropriate action taken regarding the content, broadcast or account. Automated tools assist review; a report or automated signal does not by itself confirm abuse.
Authorities and restricted retention
Confirmed cases will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, according to jurisdiction and applicable duties. Information needed to investigate, preserve evidence or comply with lawful requests will be restricted and retained only for its purpose.
Contact and urgent situations
For child safety questions, or if you cannot use in-app reporting, email social@kumilike.com with references and context only, without attaching material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or authorities; a Kumilike report does not replace that help.
